YES! When you do any cleanse or intermittent fasting, your body always needs plain old water. Your body is working hard to rid toxins, it needs water to flush out those toxins.

We recommend drinking black coffee, but we understand coffee might be a part of your everyday routine.

2-3 days before the cleanse, try to cut back on caffeine consumption, reduce processed foods, added sugars, sweets & alcohol.

Remember, delay breakfast (if possible), consume juice on a mostly empty stomach, and eat when your body is telling you to eat! If you need to, drink your juice with your breakfast. Drink lots of water!!
